In a decisive move, the House of Representatives has passed a bill ensuring former Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump receives the same level of security as current President Joe Biden. The bill comes in response to two recent assassination attempts on Trump within the last two months.

The House voted overwhelmingly in favor, with all 405 members present backing the measure. The legislation calls for providing the same level of protection afforded to sitting presidents and vice presidents, including necessary resources to ensure the safety of major presidential candidates.
